In his role as the CEO of the Richmond Technology Council (ravtech/), Nick Serfass is working to build the most vibrant tech community possible for residents and businesses in the Richmond region, while striving to elevate the profile of Richmond as a thriving regional and national tech town.

Most recently, Serfass worked to position Richmond as a potential Tech Hub in artificial intelligence and machine learning through a federal grant program. Additionally, under his leadership, the Council recently launched a new brand platform for the Richmond tech community aimed at attracting and retaining talent in "Tech's Most Creative City".
Serfass is a Virginia Wahoo, Miami Hurricane, and Auburn Tiger. His preferred programming language is Pascal.
