Roosevelt Holmes III

Roosevelt Holmes currently serves as senior advisor at the Office of the National Cyber Director (ONCD). He came to ONCD from the Department of Commerce, where he served as deputy director of the Office of the Business Liaison. Prior to the Department of Commerce, he was the Southern Region Coalitions director for the Biden-Harris campaign and was on the Agency Review Team for the Department of Justice Transition Team.
